LOft Boarding

We use high-quality floor boarding that is 18mm thick and moisture resistant. CaberFloor P5 is a high density, high-performance flooring panel manufactured in Scotland. The board offers precision, stability and is an excellent surface for floor laying projects.
The LBNW Timber System is bespoke and most suited to houses built before the 1960’s like the Victorian terraced, semi or detached houses with a purlin style roof. This sub-frame is made of timber, raised, strengthened, and supported from structural areas to take the strain, so very little weight is on your old ceiling. Having your loft insulated and boarded will help reduce the energy bills on your home and increase the value of your property due to the energy performance certificate increasing. Loft Boarding typically takes around 1 to 2 days to be fully completed which will enable you to feel comfortable walking around your loft. Once your loft is complete you now have a brand-new space for storage and will be able to put almost anything in there to get it out the way of your living space!
